• Profile Verification (Mandatory):
  • Take a couple’s photo with a paper on which your nickname is written.
  • Email the photo to us.
  • Within 48 hours, your account will be verified and activated.
• Access the Community:
  • Once your account has been verified, log in by entering the nickname and password you chose during registration.
  • Now you are ready to enjoy the community!

You must be 18 years of age or older and have a valid e-mail address to complete registration.

Once you sign up you must click on the Login link. Then enter your e-mail and password and click “Sign In”

Community and private parties are not the same thing, although both are part of Libertine Queen. The community is open to everyone and you can freely join. However, private live parties are a separate thing and are accessed only upon selection by applying in the “Party Registration” section. It is important to remember that Community membership does not guarantee access to the parties, as they are two separate things. I hope this clarifies things!

Your login is the Nick Name + Password you chose when you joined the Community

Click on the “Password Recovery” link when you log in and follow the instructions to create a new password.

If you don’t remember your “Nick Name” use the e-mail you used during registration. Type the e-mail in the “user name” field and enter your password. Then click “Login”

Email notifications are messages sent to your email address when you receive “New Messages” or other notifications.

Unfortunately, once your account has been deleted, you cannot retrieve the information you previously provided. With the deletion of the account, all associated data is also removed. The termination of an account also entails the termination of the subscription attached to it. If the subscription is terminated for any cause, whether by decision of Libertine Queen S.L. due to violations of our rules or by the user’s own will, no refund will be made for the remaining subscription period.

If you signed up using an online account, such as Hotmail or Gmail, check your spam folders and trash can for confirmation email. If the problem persists, send us an email to: info@libertinequeen.com explaining the problem and listing the following information: Type and version of the browser you use (e.g., Google Chrome), operating system (e.g., Windows 10), and the name of your email provider (e.g., Gmail).

First, check that you are not writing everything in all caps and that you are spelling correctly. If everything is correct, try closing and reopening the browser or clearing the cache. If the problem persists, click on the “Recover Password” link on the LOGIN/ACCESS page and click on the DO NOT REMEMBER PASSWORD item and follow the instructions.

You can decide who can see your description, photos and videos from the personal settings menu on your homepage. Only your username will be visible to all users in the community.

No, it is not possible to make bank transfer payments to join the community.

Yes, we are committed to ensuring maximum security and confidentiality of your personal information.

It is important to know that all cards, including reloadable cards, are accepted and that the transaction will be done safely and securely. In addition, on your bank statement the transaction will be marked without any specification of the type of service purchased, so as to ensure your privacy.
