Couples approaching couple exchange or deciding to explore non-monogamy often worry about jealousy.

Singles may also be afraid of feeling jealous, either toward a couple over other couples or in feeling similar emotions for a person of the same sex. In general, jealousy is considered a negative emotion and to be avoided.

However, non-monogamous couples experience jealousy in a healthy way, understanding it and spending moments of joy and pleasure seeing their partner with other people.

In this workshop, Dr. Veronica will provide an overview of jealousy and guide you in analyzing your relationship with this emotion.

  1. Jealousy: possession or desire?
  2. How to understand whether it is healthy or not
  3. What dynamics characterize it
  4. The pros and cons of jealousy in swinging
  5. Can exchange and jealousy coexist?
  6. How to turn jealousy into complicit covetousness

> The workshop lecture will be recorded. Once finished, participants will be invited to activate the microphone to ask questions.
> he workshop will be useful for both singles and couples who are seeking non-monogamous relationships or simply want to expand their emotional intelligence.

The workshop lecture will be recorded until the end of Dr. At that point, the recording will be stopped and participants will be asked to turn on their microphones to ask questions.
